Eclipse

The Eclipse begins with a collision of selves; in the shadow where shame and fear press inward. This dark figure is not an enemy but a witness to the parts of the psyche who cast long by an unseen light. As the form progresses, the weight softens. Moving from the green heart chakra towards the pink and indigo crown, tension loosens into balance, and stillness emerges from unrest. Both states are allowed to exist simultaneously. Like an eclipse, one force does not erase the other but passes through. This is the rhythm of healing. An ongoing influx of opposing energies, neither wholly good nor evil. To know oneself is to stand inside this convergence and resist the urge to flee.
